Privacy Policy
TravelMed AI is designed with your privacy in mind. We are a stateless application — we do not require user accounts, we do not store personal health information, and we do not maintain a database of user queries.
Information We Process
When you use TravelMed AI, the following information is temporarily processed to generate a response:
- Your selected city within India
- Your symptom description (entered by you)
- Your language preference
- Your traveler type and age group
This information is sent to OpenAI's API to generate a response and to Google Places API to surface nearby facilities. We do not store this information after your session ends.
Third-Party Services
TravelMed AI uses the following third-party APIs:
- OpenAI API — for AI-generated medical guidance. Your queries are processed per OpenAI's data usage policies.
- Google Places API — for real-time facility data. Your city selection is used to query nearby places per Google's terms.
Cookies & Analytics
We do not use tracking cookies. Any analytics implemented are anonymized and aggregated, with no personally identifiable information collected.
Children's Privacy
TravelMed AI is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TravelMed AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this service. This includes, without limitation, any reliance on information provided by the AI model, inaccuracies in facility data, or failure to locate appropriate care.
Accuracy of Information
Facility data (names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings) is sourced from Google Places API and may not be fully accurate or up to date. Cost estimates are approximations only. AI-generated medical guidance is not validated by licensed medical professionals and should not be treated as medical advice.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of TravelMed AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
